Shiv Kumar Suman is the founder of Groovers Academy and leads a team of twelve talented dance and fitness instructors. These Zumba sessions are supported by pilates, strength conditioning, yoga, and Bollywood numbers, which are done on different days of the week to help you reach your health goals.
Shiv, a qualified software engineer, left his corporate career to follow his passion for dance and fitness. His dance academy, at BTM Layout in Bangalore, has been offering classes in Zumba, hip-hop, Bollywood, yoga, pilates, and choreography for individual and corporate clients for the past four years. Their classes are popular because, as participants alternate between low- and high-intensity workouts, these choreographed sessions boost cardio endurance and teach dance moves.
