Join Shiv Kumar Suman’s Dance fitness academy because it is an enjoyable, sustainable way to acquire fitness, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. Under 5 master trainers your workout will have-Zumba, HIIT, Pilates, strength & conditioning that will target every part of the body as you shed extra calories. The group session with foot tapping music will increase your overall feeling of happiness.
